Fabric Rotary Screen Printing Machine supports 4 to 16 color stations, with printing width ranging from 160cm to 320cm and a maximum mechanical running speed of 100m/min. Built on magnetic printing system, it is available with magnetic bar printing or doctor blade printing modes to meet diverse process requirements.


Most high-quality printing works can be accomplished by magnetic bar printing. Textile Printing machine is applicable to all kinds of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and special textiles. It is equipped with an automatic paste feeding system, and an optional paste recycling system is also available.

Screen Type: Lightweight nickel screens featuring easy assembly and disassembly plus excellent corrosion resistance. Mesh count optional from 31~49 meshes per cm (80~125 mesh).
Paste Feeding System: Fully automatic closed-loop paste supply with liquid level electrode control and pump feeding for steady color paste delivery.

 

Conveyor Belt & Transmission System
Belt Material: Seamless endless rubber conveyor belt coated with solvent-resistant adhesive to keep fabrics flat and fixed in position.
Synchronization Control: Equipped with over 12-axis electronic gear synchronous control. The main unit matches speed with rotary screens and conveyor belts in real time to maintain stable registration during acceleration and deceleration.
Tension Control: Closed-loop tension adjusting system adapts to fabrics with different shrinkage rates such as cotton, chemical fiber and elastic fabrics.

 

Drying & Fabric Delivery
Drying Mode: Loose hot air drying. Printed fabrics separate from the conveyor belt and spread flat on polyester mesh belts before entering the drying oven to prevent fabric deformation.
Delivery Device: Driven by electric oscillating shaft, equipped with air-blowing stacking guide and dual-zone powder spraying system, which cuts powder consumption by 30% and keeps fabric stacks neat and tidy.
