Structural Composition
Fabric Feeding Device
Function: Feed fabrics in roll or trolley form, and compress fabrics via oscillating fabric guide rollers.
Key design: The surface of rubber conveyor belt is coated with thermoplastic resin layer, which is cured by infrared heaters to firmly attach fabrics flatly and ensure wrinkle-free conveyance.
Printing Device
Rotary Screen System: Rotray Printing Machine adopts seamless cylindrical nickel screens with circumference ranging from 640mm to 1018mm. Hexagonal mesh structure is adopted, and both ends are fixed with end caps to prevent deformation.
Doctor Blade Mechanism: Chrome-molybdenum-vanadium alloy doctor blades are mounted on the central line blade holder of rotary screens to transfer color paste through combined pressing and scraping actions.
Paste Feeding System: Color paste is automatically pumped into rotary screens with liquid level controlled by electrodes, supporting independent paste supply for each color station.
Conveyor Belt Circulation System
Seamless rubber conveyor belt runs cyclically to drive fabrics forward synchronously. Modern models are equipped with servo motor drive and tension control system, achieving positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm.
Drying & Fabric Delivery Device
Drying Section: Fabrics are dried by hot air to avoid deformation. The conveyor belt can be reused after water washing and water scraping treatment.
Delivery Section: Electric oscillating shaft pulls dried fabrics into cloth containers, supporting folded or rolled fabric output.
