The Fabric Rotary Printing Equipment is a specialized piece of processing equipment in the textile industry. It uses an integrated circular nickel screen as the printing stencil, combined with a continuous fabric feeding mechanism, to print multi‑color patterns non‑stop on various types of gray (unfinished) fabric. With high automation and outstanding production capacity, this machine is the core workhorse of large‑scale textile printing production lines.

Main device functions of the rotary screen printing machine
▶Fabric infeed unit – Ensures the fabric is fed from a roll or a fabric trolley onto the correct position of the guide belt without wrinkles, at the required speed and tension.
▶Printing guide belt – Functions to convey the fabric forward.
▶Pattern registration unit – Allows all rotary screens mounted on the screen heads to be quickly aligned to form a complete pattern.
▶Rotary nickel screen – Abbreviated as rotary screen, made by bonding nickel mesh to end rings. It is the main printing component; the paste is transferred through the screen onto the fabric by means of a squeegee.
▶Drying unit – Used to dry the printed fabric.
▶Fabric doffing unit – Delivers the dried fabric from the drying section at the correct speed and with proper tension into a fabric trolley.
