1. Is daily cleaning and maintenance of rotary screens time-consuming?
Rotary screens: equipped with online spraying devices for direct flushing after shutdown; stubborn stains can be soaked and cleaned. The screens are acid and alkali resistant.
Doctor blades: quick-release structure, tool-free disassembly.
Conveyor belt: continuously cleaned by water flushing and scrapers to remove residual paste automatically.
It is recommended to clean the belt and blades per shift and inspect bearings and sealing rings weekly. Daily maintenance takes less than 0.5 hours.
2. How to solve screen clogging and color deviation during printing? Does it support automatic alarm?
The machine is fitted with an intelligent monitoring system:
Automatic speed reduction and alarm triggered by paste shortage or abnormal pressure.
