Fabric Nickel Screen Printer

The development of the Fabric Nickel Screen Printer has brought great convenience for printing both thin and thick fabrics.

Starting with the retrofitting of a STOCK rotary screen printing machine in 1998, DGE independently developed and innovated the 7280 series rotary printing machine in 2004. This model featured an optimized frame structure, washing system, fabric infeed system, and independent drive system, marking an important milestone in the technological upgrading of rotary screen printing machines in China.

Structure and Advantages

Infeed Frame 

The infeed frame delivers the fabric smoothly and stably into the printing area. It is equipped with devices such as a tension regulator (to adjust tension), edge guiders (to prevent fabric deviation), and a dust collector (to remove impurities).

It meets the printing requirements of various knitted and woven fabrics, effectively reducing fabric tension.

Printing Unit

As the core of the textile printing machine, the printing unit determines the reproduction of the pattern. The main component is a perforated metal cylinder (nickel screen) covered with mesh holes, mounted on a matching drive and support system. The machine uses an electromagnetic table to drive a magnetic rod that rolls and squeezes the color paste through the screen.

The pattern repeat size can be selected according to requirements (e.g., 640 mm, 914 mm, 1018 mm, etc.), and the machine supports a maximum repeat of up to 2500 mm, greatly improving printing efficiency.

Drying Unit

The drying unit is used to dry freshly printed fabric, allowing the fabric to pass multiple times through a hot‑air zone within a limited space. It is equipped with circulating fans and exhaust fans to ensure even hot‑air circulation and effective moisture removal.
