Continuous, uninterrupted printing at speeds of 40–100 m/min, with daily output reaching tens of thousands of metres.

Strong colour paste coverage: Solid, vivid colours, ideal for heavy colouration and full‑coverage patterns in home textiles.
High pattern registration accuracy: Servo drive + three‑way automatic registration, accuracy up to ±0.1 mm, stable overprinting of 4–16 colours.
Uniform penetration: Controllable pressure of squeegee/magnetic bar ensures even paste through the screen, good colour consistency on both sides.

Machine Structure & Components
1. Fabric Infeed Device
Components: Infeed rollers, fabric stretcher, tension compensator, weft straightener, arched electric heating plate, photoelectric edge sensor.
Functions:Supports both roll feed and plaiting feed; tension‑free or tension options available.
Removes dust and loose fibres from fabric surface to ensure clean printing.
Photoelectric edge sensor automatically corrects deviation, ensuring straight fabric edges and even selvedge margins.
Arched electric heating plate pre‑heats the fabric for smooth adhesion to the blanket.
2. Printing Unit (Core Printing Mechanism)
Composed of: Blanket system, rotary screen system, paste application system, and pattern registration drive system.
Rotary screen (nickel screen – the pattern carrier)
Mesh shape: Hexagonal honeycomb. Mesh count: 60–120 mesh (80–100 mesh commonly used for home textiles).
Manufacturing: Laser engraving or electroforming to create open pattern areas. One screen per colour.
Dimensions: Circumference (repeat size) 640 mm, 914 mm, 1018 mm; width adapted to fabric width.
3. Drying Device (for colour fixation and preventing bleeding)
Components: Infrared pre‑drying + hot‑air drying chamber, multi‑layer fabric threading, automatic temperature control.
Functions:Infrared pre‑drying after each colour prevents colour paste mixing and bleeding.
Drying chamber (steam / thermal oil / gas heating) thoroughly dries and fixes the colour, ensuring colour fastness.
4. Fabric Outfeed Device
Components: Cooling rollers, tension adjustment, plaiting/batcher outfeed frame.
Functions:Cooling and setting after drying to prevent heat shrinkage or deformation.
Automatic plaiting folding or roll winding, producing neat finished fabric ready for subsequent processing.
