Working Principle
The basic principle of rotary screen printing Machine is to force the color paste inside the rotary screen through the mesh onto the fabric surface under pressure from a squeegee or magnetic bar. The specific workflow is as follows:
•Fabric feeding and sticking: The fabric is guided in by the feeding device, coated with adhesive paste or thermoplastic adhesive, and then evenly adhered to the printing rubber conveyor belt, ensuring no displacement during the printing process.
•Continuous printing: The fabric moves forward at a constant speed with the rubber conveyor belt, passing sequentially through multiple rotating rotary screen cylinders arranged by color sequence. The color paste inside each screen is injected through built-in pipes. Under the pressure of the squeegee or magnetic bar, the paste penetrates the open pattern areas on the screen surface and transfers onto the fabric, achieving overprinting of each color pattern.
•Drying and fixation: After printing, the fabric enters a drying chamber for hot-air drying, followed by steam fixation (for reactive dyes) or curing (for pigments). Finally, it goes through washing and setting to complete the printing process.
