Multi Color Rotary Screen Printer - High Precision, High Efficiency & Intelligent Textile Printing Solution
Model 7280A is engineered for high-volume and high-precision continuous printing production. Combining precision mechanical manufacturing and intelligent control technology, it delivers bright color tones, accurate pattern registration and stable operation.

The complete machine consists of 3 core modules: fabric feeding unit, printing unit and drying oven unit. All units are manufactured in line with Industry 4.0 standards, satisfying high-grade printing requirements for cotton, linen, chemical fiber and blended fabrics.

Structural Composition
Automatic Centering Device
Equipped with infrared photoelectric edge correction system to monitor fabric edge position in real time and adjust feeding direction automatically, with centering accuracy up to ±1mm, minimizing manual operation.
Dust Suction Cleaning Module (Optional)
Powerful brush and dust collector installed at fabric inlet to remove flying lint, short fibers and impurities on fabric surface, improving printing definition and reducing screen clogging risk.

Printing Unit
Independent Servo Drive System
Each rotary screen head is fitted with individual servo motor and high-resolution encoder, achieving registration accuracy of ±0.1mm and maximum printing speed of 80m/min, greatly lowering defective product rate.
Adopting open-type screen head design for easy screen replacement, paste cleaning and routine maintenance. Adjustable screen head spacing is compatible with various pattern repeats including 640mm, 820mm and 914mm.

Drying Oven Unit
Modular multi-temperature zone structure. Standard configuration is 5 sections (expandable to 4-8 sections as required). Each section supports independent temperature adjustment ranging from 80℃ to 180℃. The front section realizes fast surface drying while the rear section completes sufficient color fixation, perfectly matching different dyeing processes.

1. What fabrics and patterns are applicable?
Textile Printing Equipment fits all woven and knitted fabrics such as cotton, linen, chemical fiber and blended materials. It can perfectly present fine lines, cloud patterns, gradients, high-precision geometric figures and large-area solid-color base patterns. Optional screen circumferences include 640mm, 820mm, 914mm to meet various pattern repeat demands.

3. Maximum printing width and repeat positioning accuracy?
Available standard widths: 1800mm, 2000mm, 2400mm, 2800mm, 3200mm, customized sizes are acceptable.
