Rotary screen printing machine is a continuous drum-type screen printing equipment. It adopts seamless nickel circular mesh cylinders (rotary screens) as printing stencils. Multiple rotary screens are arranged side by side in color sequence. Fabrics run continuously on an endless conveyor belt. The printing paste inside the screen is squeezed by scrapers or magnetic bars, allowing the paste to permeate onto the fabric surface through the hollowed patterns of the rotary screens. The pattern is formed by sequential color overprinting, followed by drying and color fixing, realizing mechanized mass printing and dyeing.

It adopts magnetic bar printing combined with independent servo transmission, supporting 12-color registration in one pass.
