▶Fabric feeding unit – Unwinds and flattens the fabric, then accurately places it onto the moving guide belt without wrinkles, ready for printing. Key components include the guide belt drive system (providing power), the belt cleaning and gumming system (responsible for cleaning and applying adhesive), and the precision guide belt control device (ensuring accurate registration).
▶Printing unit – The core of the machine, where color paste is printed onto the fabric through the rotary screens. It mainly includes:
Rotary screen (pattern screen) – A thin‑walled porous cylinder made of nickel, serving as the pattern‑forming mold. Its circumference determines the pattern repeat; common sizes include 640 mm, 914 mm, etc.
▶Squeegee system – Located inside the rotary screen, it forces the color paste through the mesh onto the fabric. Two types: blade squeegee (low cost, easy to operate) and magnetic rod squeegee (high pressure, good penetration).
▶Paste supply system – Automatically and stably supplies color paste to each rotary screen, maintaining a constant paste level.
Pattern registration device – Enables precise longitudinal, transverse, and diagonal registration between the different color screens.
▶Drying unit – Quickly dries the color paste on the fabric using circulating hot air (usually heated by steam or thermal oil) to prevent color smearing.
Fabric collecting unit – Outputs the printed and dried fabric with appropriate tension, and neatly folds it into rolls or packs it into boxes.
