Equipped with a servo synchronous transmission system, the Rotary Printing Equipment features a constant tension feeding logic tailored to the rigid tension of woven fabrics. This precisely balances the force on the warp and weft yarns, preventing pulling and squeezing of the fabric during processing. Precise Pigment Control System
The DGE rotary screen printer uses a pigment control structure, allowing for free adjustment of pigment flow and printing pressure according to the thickness of the woven fabric. Thin woven fabrics are designed to strictly control sizing penetration, preventing bleed-through and color bleeding. High-precision mechanical transmission ensures smooth operation and supports 4-16 color customization. Geometric patterns and all-over prints can be perfectly replicated.
