The DGE-M8 is Thick Fabric Digital Printing Machine specially developed for thick carpets and heavy fabrics. Equipped with industrial-grade Seiko printhead modules and a constant-temperature intelligent ink path control system, it delivers ultra-high printing speed, wide color gamut performance and outstanding adaptability to thick materials.

Compatible with four major textile inks including high-temperature disperse, acid, pigment and reactive inks, it is widely used for mass printing of carpets, heavy home textiles, woven fabrics and decorative thick cloths.

Core Configurations
Seiko RC1536 Industrial Printheads
The machine is standard-fitted with Seiko RC1536 piezoelectric printheads, supporting multiple printhead layout options: 6×5/6×10 and 8×5/8×10. Two channel layouts (10-channel symmetric / 20-channel symmetric) are available for flexible selection according to production capacity requirements, with printing resolution ranging from 360 dpi to 1440 dpi.
 

Full Ink Compatibility
Wide ink adaptability: Compatible with four mainstream textile printing inks-high-temperature disperse, acid, pigment and reactive inks. It enables direct printing on all kinds of thick fabrics including polyester, cotton, linen, silk and nylon.
 

Constant-Temperature Multi-Stage Filtration Intelligent Ink Path System
Constant-temperature ink control for stable viscosity: The system maintains constant ink viscosity throughout the printing process to precisely control ink droplet shape and ejection trajectory. It avoids problems caused by workshop temperature and humidity fluctuations, low-temperature crystallization and ink precipitation, ensuring consistent color output and uninterrupted ink supply during long-hour high-speed printing.
