Reactive dyes bond with fibers only at the molecular level, leaving no residual film or adhesive. After printing, pure cotton fabrics retain their original soft, breathable, and skin-friendly properties, making them especially suitable for infant clothing, direct-contact bedding, and high-end shirts.

●Pure cotton fabrics include both highly elastic knits (e.g., jersey, rib knit) and dimensionally stable wovens (e.g., poplin, canvas). The digital textile printer infeed stand is designed to be compatible with both.
●Automatic constant-tension infeed system: Equipped with high-precision tension sensors and independent servo motor control, it monitors infeed tension in real time and automatically compensates. Whether processing elastic knits or rigid wovens, the system maintains constant low tension, preventing stretch deformation or wrinkling.
Print Carriage & Printhead System
●Balanced and stable print carriage: textile printing machine,The carriage beam adopts a one-piece dual-beam structure with heavy-duty linear guides and a magnetic levitation linear motor drive, ensuring no vibration or deflection during motion. Even under high-speed reciprocating scanning at a wide width of 340 cm, repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm is maintained.
●Adjustable printhead height (2–30 mm): An electric hoist platform allows precise setting of the distance between the nozzle face and the fabric surface. Adapts to different thicknesses: thin cotton yarn (2 mm gap) → terry or towel fabric (30 mm gap).
Key Features
●Kyocera recirculating printheads: Each nozzle has independent ink recirculation, preventing reactive dye pigment particles from settling. Enables stable, continuous printing for 8 hours without nozzle dropout.
