Characteristic
icoh Industrial-Grade Printheads
The textile digital printer is fitted with Ricoh industrial-grade printheads. In pigment ink direct-to-fabric applications on knitted pure cotton, ink particles tend to settle easily, posing a high clogging risk. The Ricoh industrial piezoelectric printheads support multi-level variable droplet sizes of 5pl, 10pl, and 15pl. The larger droplet diameters effectively accommodate solid particles in pigment inks, significantly reducing nozzle clogging and minimizing maintenance stoppages, thereby ensuring consistent and stable continuous production.
High-Precision Linear Guide Transmission System
The printing carriage operates on a high-precision linear guide and rail transmission system. In multi-pass printing mode, the high-precision guide ensures that ink droplet landing positions remain perfectly consistent across every pass, delivering accurate registration and effectively eliminating ghosting, blurring, and other defects.
Multi-Stage Ink Filtration System
The Digital Printing Machine incorporates an industrial-grade multi-stage filtration system, which ensures stable and consistent print quality while greatly reducing the risk of printhead clogging. It also extends the service life of ink-path components, saving customers on maintenance costs and downtime.
