Terry Towel Digital Printing Machine

The DGE Terry Towel Digital Printing Machine for terry towels is suitable for printing on hotel bath towels, sports towels, cultural creative gift towels, export beach towels and other products. Equipped with an adaptive lifting printing carriage for terry fabric, an integrated ink circuit filter and a high-rigidity main beam, the whole machine is custom-developed for thick terry fabrics. It can precisely control ink volume to fully penetrate ink to the root of terry loops, delivering finer printing details and superior color reproduction.

Advantages

Special Penetration System for Terry Loops
It supports variable ink droplets of 7–35PL. The printing carriage height is electrically and adaptively adjustable from 7mm to 11mm. The machine flattens collapsed terry loops during printing, enabling layered ink penetration through pile loops all the way to the base fabric without ink floating on the surface. The finished prints achieve a color fastness grade of 4–5, with no color bleeding or fading after repeated washing.

Industrial High-Density Printheads
Seiko Starfire industrial piezoelectric printheads are optional, featuring 10/20 ink channels and a maximum resolution of 1600 dpi. The printheads offer outstanding wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-clogging performance, compatible with various eco-friendly textile inks including reactive, pigment and acid inks.

Conveyor Belt Washing System
Fitted with double brush rollers, double cleaning rollers and double sponges, this fully automatic closed-loop conveyor belt washing and cleaning system is specially upgraded to solve the most troublesome production issues in terry towel printing, such as lint shedding, floating fluff and fabric residue.
