Fabric Rotary Printing Machine s a high-efficiency, low-cost method of printing color paste onto fabric using a squeegee.
Rotary Screen Printer is suitable for sanded printed flannel, reactive printing or pigment printing, and is mainly used for products such as pajama sets, children's blankets, medical and school bed sheets. It supports a maximum of 12 colors, with a nickel mesh repeat size of 640mm. The applicable yarn count range is 8-40 Ne, fabric weight 90-300 gsm, and fabric width ranges from 90cm to 150cm.

Control System
DGE rotary screen printing machine features a large-screen LCD HMI, industrial fieldbus data transmission, and remote monitoring. It adopts a Mitsubishi control system, achieving nanometer-level motion control, multi-axis coordination, and millisecond-level synchronous response.
Printing Unit
The txtile rinting machine printing unit consists of rotary screens, squeegee/magnetic bar system, printing blanket, pattern registration device, fabric infeed and outfeed devices, and the printing stand. DGE's uniquely designed printing stand and registration system can control the registration accuracy of traditional printing machines within ±0.1mm.
Drying Oven
Temperature and heating methods: Typically uses thermal oil, steam, or electric heating. The control system employs PID algorithm for precise closed-loop temperature control, ensuring the temperature remains stable within process requirements.
