As the core part of the whole equipment, the printing unit mainly includes fabric pasting device, printing scraper mechanism, pattern registration device, conveyor belt positioning device, rotary screen and belt transmission device, as well as belt cleaning mechanism.

Fabric Feeding Frame

Printing Unit
The printing unit is the core component of rotary screen printers. Equipped with independently servo-driven rotary screens and high-rigidity frame structure, it realizes separate speed regulation and precise pattern registration of each printing head. It supports both magnetic bar and doctor blade printing modes, perfectly suitable for fine lines, gradient patterns and solid thick color blocks.

Drying Oven Unit
The drying oven directly affects the color fastness, fabric hand feel and production efficiency of finished printed products. Rotary Printing Machine adopts building-block modular drying oven with independent temperature control in multiple zones. Combined with large-circulation hot air system, it achieves low-temperature and high-efficiency drying, avoiding over-drying and fabric yellowing.
