Ultra-low Tension Control System Prevents Fabric Stretching & Deformation Equipped with self-developed flexible tension adjustment system and adopting servo synchronous transmission technology, DGE Rotary Screen Printing Machine realizes low-tension fabric feeding throughout the whole process, well matching the soft and easily-stretched properties of chiffon. It delivers uniform fabric feeding without forced pulling, effectively avoiding fabric elongation, width shrinkage and twisting deformation. It ensures consistent finished fabric width and superior flatness, cutting down the fabric scrap rate from the source. |
