Rotary Screen Printer

The Rotary Screen Printer is a continuous cylindrical screen printing industrial equipment. It adopts multiple sets of circular nickel screens for synchronous overprinting, combined with independent transmission, precise pattern registration, constant fabric feeding and enclosed hot-air drying oven. It realizes high-speed, mass-production and low-cost continuous fabric printing.

Widely applicable to the printing production of knitted and woven fabrics, as well as various home textiles, decorative fabrics and industrial fabrics, it is the mainstream mass-production printing equipments in the printing and dyeing industry.

Stencil Carrier: Seamless cylindrical nickel mesh 

Printing Mode: Sequential color registration with multiple rotary screens, uninterrupted continuous printing;

Paste Application Mode: Paste scraping and permeation via built-in scraper / magnetic bar;

Application Scope: Industrial printing for large-width mass fabrics (home textiles, garments, towels, decorative fabrics, etc.);

Common Types: Magnetic bar type , available in multiple specifications including 8-color, 10-color and 12-color stations.

Feeding Unit

The fabric inlet frame of the rotary screen printing machine is a key device to ensure the fabric is fed into the printing area flat and wrinkle-free. It is mainly composed of fabric inlet rollers, guide belts, a tension control system and cleaning components.

 

Printing Part
Automatic Rotary Screen Printer,The printing part is the core part of a rotary screen printing machine. It mainly consists of rotary screens, doctor blades and paste feeding devices. Continuous printing is realized through the rotation of rotary screens and the squeezing of printing paste by doctor blades.

Dryer Part

The drying oven part of the Rotary Printing Equipment is key equipment for drying printed fabrics. Its main function is to remove solvents and moisture from the printing paste via a hot air circulation system, so as to cure and set the paste, ensuring the printed patterns are wash-resistant and long-lasting.
