The Rotary Screen Printer is a continuous cylindrical screen printing industrial equipment. It adopts multiple sets of circular nickel screens for synchronous overprinting, combined with independent transmission, precise pattern registration, constant fabric feeding and enclosed hot-air drying oven. It realizes high-speed, mass-production and low-cost continuous fabric printing.

Characteristic

Feeding Unit
The fabric inlet frame of the rotary screen printing machine is a key device to ensure the fabric is fed into the printing area flat and wrinkle-free. It is mainly composed of fabric inlet rollers, guide belts, a tension control system and cleaning components.
Printing Part
Automatic Rotary Screen Printer,The printing part is the core part of a rotary screen printing machine. It mainly consists of rotary screens, doctor blades and paste feeding devices. Continuous printing is realized through the rotation of rotary screens and the squeezing of printing paste by doctor blades.


Dryer Part
The drying oven part of the Rotary Printing Equipment is key equipment for drying printed fabrics. Its main function is to remove solvents and moisture from the printing paste via a hot air circulation system, so as to cure and set the paste, ensuring the printed patterns are wash-resistant and long-lasting.
