The rotary screen printing machine mainly consists of a fabric infeed unit, a printing unit, a drying unit, and a fabric doffing unit.

Structure and Advantages
•Fabric infeed unit: The fabric is firmly attached to a seamless endless rubber guide belt coated with adhesive, ensuring no displacement or deformation during the printing process.
•Printing unit: Color paste is pumped into the interior of a nickel screen. Under the combined pressing and scraping action of a squeegee (or magnetic rod), the paste is evenly transferred onto the fabric surface through the holes in the screen. The rotary printing machine uses independent servo motor drives, enabling high‑precision automatic pattern registration.
•Fabric doffing unit: The dried fabric is cooled and set by passing over cooling rollers, then neatly folded into a fabric truck by an electrically driven swing‑type plaiting device, or directly batched into rolls.

●High efficiency, high output, and strong adaptability: The machine can operate at speeds up to 90–100 m/min, offering high production output and flexible color configurations (typically 4-12 colors). Because processing is carried out under low tension, it is particularly suitable for printing elastic and easily deformable fabrics as well as wide fabrics (up to 3400 mm in width).

●Intelligent upgrading and green environmental protection: Modern models generally adopt fully digital operation display modes and modular designs, equipped with fault self‑diagnosis systems.
