Structure and Advantages
▶Infeed Frame
Smooth fabric feeding: Through tension regulators and edge/uncurling guiders, the machine eliminates fabric wrinkles and curled edges, ensuring that the fabric enters the textile printing machine at the proper position smoothly and with the appropriate speed and tension.
Cleaning and impurity removal: A dust suction device installed at the top removes lint and dust from both sides of the fabric, ensuring cleanliness for subsequent printing.
▶Printing Unit
This is the core part of the rotary screen printing machine, mainly consisting of a seamless endless rubber guide belt, nickel screens (pattern screens), a squeegee system (blade squeegee or magnetic rod), a paste supply pump, and a liquid level control system.
The machine is compatible with both magnetic rod and blade squeegee printing methods to meet the requirements of different pattern types, from solid grounds to fine lines.
Convenient operation: The nickel screens are lightweight, making operations such as mounting and removing screens, pattern registration, and paste addition easy, resulting in lower labor intensity.
▶Drying Unit
The machine uses a relaxed‑state hot‑air drying technology. Hot air blows from nozzles to keep the fabric smoothly "attached" to the polyester guide belt as it enters the drying unit, effectively preventing fabric wrinkles.
