High Precision Nickel Screen Printer is textile printing equipment composed of fabric feeder, printing heads, drying unit and fabric delivery unit. It is available in 4/6/8/16 color and other models according to color stations. The common pattern repeat sizes are 640mm and 904mm, among which the 640mm repeat type is the most widely used.

Structural Composition
1. Fabric Feeding Unit
Two feeding modes are available: trolley feeding and roll feeding.
For roll feeding, oscillating guide rollers press against fabric rolls and feed fabrics into the printing section via roller rotation. During feeding, fabrics move along the circulating rubber belt which is coated with thermoplastic resin by glue applicator to ensure flat fabric adhesion.

 

2. Printing Unit
It consists of rotary screens, doctor blades and paste feeding devices.
Made of nickel with hexagonal mesh structure, rotary screens serve as printing stencils and are fixed with end caps at both ends to ensure precise registration. Screens are installed offset from the center line of support rollers to enhance elasticity and reduce printing pressure.
Adjustable-angle doctor blades are mounted on central blade holders and tangent to the inner circle of rotary screens, completing printing via pressing and scraping movement.

 

3. Drying & Delivery Unit
Rotary Printing Machine adopt loose hot air drying technology.
Printed fabrics separate from the rubber belt and enter the drying section, spreading evenly on polyester mesh for drying. Finished fabrics are guided into fabric trolleys by electric oscillating shafts.
