Pressure Roller System
Rotary Printing Equipment equipped with large-diameter stainless steel pressure rollers to enable direct contact between rotary screens and fabrics. Combined with scrapers, it generates powerful shearing force to push color paste to penetrate 100% polyester fabrics, serving as the key hardware for double-sided penetration printing.
Printing Scraper Unit
Adopts high-pressure multi-stage adjustable magnetic bar scraper system. It supports increased printing pressure and repeated printing to provide sufficient power for color paste penetration. Optimized scraper angle and screen clearance ensure uniform paste penetration and eliminate front-back color difference caused by uneven pressure.
Pre-drying Design
Double-sided penetration printing leaves abundant color paste on the fabric reverse side. Nickel Screen Printer adopts non-contact pre-drying technology. Printed fabrics are immediately sent into pre-drying chambers with far-infrared radiators for fast contactless drying before final drying process.
