A Rotary Screen Printing Equipment is a textile printing equipment composed of a fabric feeding device, printing head unit, drying device and fabric take-up device.It is available in 4\6\8\ 12\16 color and other models according to different color stations. It supports simultaneous feeding of knitted and woven fabrics, and is compatible with various pure cotton, polyester-cotton, rayon and wide-width home textile grey fabrics, featuring a wide range of applicable materials.

Detailed Description

	When feeding fabric rolls, a swing-type guide roller is pressed against the fabric roll. The rotation of the guide roller feeds the fabric into the printing unit. During fabric feeding, the fabric advances along with the circulating rubber endless belt. The belt is coated with thermoplastic resin by the glue application roller to ensure flat adhesion of the fabric.
	The printing device comprises rotary screens, doctor blades and paste feeding devices. Serving as the printing stencil, the rotary screen is made of nickel metal with hexagonal mesh openings. Both ends are fixed with end closures to maintain precise registration during printing.
	Rotary Screen Printing Machine,The drying and fabric delivery unit adopts loose hot air drying technology. After separating from the rubber conveyor belt, the printed fabric enters the drying section and is laid flat on a Teflon mesh for drying. During the fabric discharge process, the fabric is drawn by an electric traversing shaft and stacked into the fabric trolley.
