When feeding fabric rolls, a swing-type guide roller is pressed against the fabric roll. The rotation of the guide roller feeds the fabric into the printing unit. During fabric feeding, the fabric advances along with the circulating rubber endless belt. The belt is coated with thermoplastic resin by the glue application roller to ensure flat adhesion of the fabric. |

The printing device comprises rotary screens, doctor blades and paste feeding devices. Serving as the printing stencil, the rotary screen is made of nickel metal with hexagonal mesh openings. Both ends are fixed with end closures to maintain precise registration during printing. |
