Dual-mode adaptation with high versatility
Rotary Screen Printing Equipment optimized specifically for dual-mode feeding of knitted and woven fabrics. Compatible with pure cotton, polyester-cotton, stretch fabric, brushed fabric and more. It fits most fabric types with a wide application range.
Controllable tension, fabric-friendly
Digital tension setting system delivers constant and gentle feeding tension. It effectively prevents stretch deformation of knits and uneven tightness of wovens, keeping the fabric surface flat without elongation.
High-speed mass production with lower cost
Rotary Printing Equipment adopts continuous non-stop printing. The maximum running speed reaches 100m/min. It features high efficiency for bulk orders, low consumable loss and low printing processing cost.

It supports the magnetic bar printing mode to meet different process requirements for large solid areas, stripes, small floral patterns and other designs. |
Drying Oven Unit (Drying & Setting System) It is a closed thickened thermal insulation drying oven adopting an upper and lower bidirectional hot air circulating air supply structure, which ensures even heating on the fabric surface and strong drying penetration. The intelligent temperature control system realizes precise temperature regulation, allowing free temperature adjustment according to fabric process requirements. |

| Fabric Inlet Frame Unit (Front Feeding System) Fabric Rotary Screen Printer,As the first feeding unit of the machine, it adopts the T2280 dual-purpose fabric feeding structure, customized for knitted and woven fabrics. It supports numerical tension setting and closed-loop control for stable tension, adapting to the full speed range of 4~100m/min. |
Fabric Delivery & Winding Unit It supports multiple discharge modes including fabric doffing, rolling and folding traversing. With stable discharge traction, the fabric remains flat without creases. It can be directly connected to subsequent processes such as setting, pre-shrinking and rolling, ensuring high continuity of assembly line production and saving labor handling costs. |
