Digital Printing Machine, customized by DGE for a Turkish client, has been successfully delivered and entered the installation and commissioning phase. This project, from initial contact to final signing, took nearly a year, involving three in-depth visits and one on-site inspection. The contract was successfully signed in October of this year, and the equipment was transported in December. It is currently in the final commissioning stage. 1. Targeted expansion and building trust
At the beginning of this year, DGE's Turkish sales manager visited the client for the first time, providing a comprehensive overview of DGE's brand development history, technological R&D capabilities, and global market presence, successfully attracting the client's attention to DGE products. During the second visit, the sales manager brought technical solutions to the client's factory, explaining in detail the technical features and performance advantages of the DGE-M929 model, and gaining a deeper understanding of the client's specific needs in terms of production efficiency, printing accuracy, and operating costs. Based on thorough communication, the sales team sincerely invited the client to visit DGE's production base in China for an on-site inspection.
2. On-site verification to deepen cooperation.
In August, the customer visited DGE's headquarters and production plant as scheduled. During the visit, the customer highly praised the actual performance of the DGE-M929 – this model is equipped with 64 industrial-grade Ricoh printheads, a 200cm wide printhead capacity, and a high-temperature disperse ink direct-to-garment system specifically optimized for polyester fabrics , demonstrating excellent performance in speed, accuracy, and stability.

Currently, DGE's professional technical team is at the customer's site conducting installation and commissioning work, and it is expected that all commissioning will be completed soon and the equipment will be officially put into production.
