Dedicated Pigment Ink Supply System
Digital Textile Printing Machine to address the characteristics of pigment inks – large pigment particles, easy sedimentation, and a tendency to agglomerate – the system is equipped with a customised recirculating ink supply system that maintains constant pressure and temperature throughout the circulation, preventing ink stratification and printhead clogging.
High Precision & High Speed
Digital Printing Machine euipped with industrial‑grade micro‑piezoelectric printheads (Kyocera/Ricoh) with adjustable droplet sizes from 1.5 to 21 pl. To counter the large fibre gaps of pure cotton fabrics, which tend to absorb ink and cause dull colours, the system automatically applies an optimised droplet‑size combination algorithm to precisely control ink deposition. This ensures deep, solid colours without showing the base fabric, and light, transparent shades without fogging – without excessive ink layering, so the printed fabric remains soft and does not stiffen.
Drying System
The Pigment Textile Printing Machine is equipped with a segmented intelligent constant‑temperature drying system that delivers uniform heat coverage across the fabric surface, ensuring rapid drying and curing after printing. The system supports optional heating modes – electric, steam, or natural gas – to suit different factory production conditions.
