Acid dyes are specially formulated for protein fibers (silk, wool) and polyamide fabrics (nylon, polyamide), offering high colour yield and excellent colour saturation. The ink supply system is equipped with automatic degassing and negative‑pressure control, guaranteeing smooth inkjet performance during extended continuous production.

 

Software & Colour Management
Digital Printing Machine is equipped with neoStampa, a professional RIP software developed by the Spanish company Inèdit. As a benchmark RIP solution in the digital textile printing industry, neoStampa features a powerful colour management engine that supports colour calibration, ICC profile generation, and precise cost control.
With neoStampa, users can achieve consistent colour output across different printers and different media substrates.

 

Drying System
Textile Digital Printer is equipped with a two‑section 2‑metre drying oven, using a conveyor belt combined with infrared heating and hot‑air circulation for composite drying. The dual‑section design provides ample drying length and thermal redundancy, ensuring that fabrics printed with acid dyes are thoroughly and evenly dried and cured during high‑speed continuous production. This effectively prevents colour bleeding and smudging, safeguarding consistent print quality.
