Reactive Ink Printing Process
●Before printing: pretreatment (sizing) is essential
To prevent ink from bleeding on the fabric, the textile must first be padded with a size paste containing thickeners, alkali agents, urea, etc., and then dried and set aside. Belt‑type printers can directly handle such pre‑treated semi‑finished fabrics.
●During printing: precise positioning is required

●After printing: steaming and multiple washing steps are necessary
