Working process of the rotary screen printing machine
• Ink application: Ink is automatically supplied to the inside of each hollow cylindrical screen. Each screen is responsible for printing only one color or a specific part of the pattern.
• Magnetic bar pressure: A magnetic bar inside each cylinder presses the ink evenly through the engraved pattern areas of the screen onto the fabric below. The pressure and angle of the squeegee (or magnetic bar) are key to controlling the amount of ink and the printing effect.
• Continuous pattern printing: As the fabric moves, each screen rotates in perfect synchronisation. This precise synchronisation ensures continuity, seamlessness and prevents pattern misalignment.
