Textile Digital Printer uses Ricoh industrial piezoelectric printheads, specially adapted to the physical properties of high‑temperature disperse inks. The high‑temperature disperse ink employs nano‑sized disperse dye particle suspension technology, offering low viscosity and high stability. It enables rapid dyeing and fixation at high temperatures of 180–230 °C, with short fixation times and excellent fastness to light, washing, acids, and alkalis. The ink supply system is equipped with automatic degassing and negative‑pressure control, ensuring smooth inkjet performance during extended continuous production.

●Drying & Fixation System
The printer is equipped with a two‑section 2‑metre drying oven, using a conveyor belt combined with infrared heating and hot‑air circulation for composite drying. Fabrics printed with high‑temperature disperse inks must first be dried and then subjected to high‑temperature thermosol fixation. The dual‑section oven design provides ample drying length and thermal redundancy, ensuring that polyester fabrics are thoroughly and evenly dried and preheated during high‑speed continuous production, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent high‑temperature colour development process. This effectively prevents colour bleeding and smudging, safeguarding consistent print quality.
