Digital Printing Machine for Textile use digital processing. Design drafts are imported into the system via scanning or CAD software to generate inkjet printing commands. The RIP (Raster Image Processing) software converts the pattern data into control signals recognizable by the printheads, precisely planning the landing position and volume of each ink droplet.
During precise inkjet printing, the fabric smoothly conveyed by the belt passes under the printheads. The computer precisely controls thousands of tiny nozzles, directly jetting ink onto the fabric in a non-contact manner. The entire process is completed continuously on the belt, requiring no screen engraving, mesh making, or transfer paper. The printed fabric then goes through post‑treatment steps such as fixing and washing to become the final product.

Hansen Control Board
Central hub for coordination: synchronizes inkjet timing, reads belt displacement, controls servo drives, and performs color processing.
Habasi Conveyor Belt
Carries and transports the fabric, ensuring no stretching, no deviation, and stable positioning reference.
